ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs and denturist clinics.

ARGEN is growing and seeking a new Field Service Technician who combines technical expertise and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer service. As a key client-facing ambassador for ARGEN, you’ll ensure their digital dental laboratory equipment operates flawlessly in clinics and labs across the region of Eastern Canada.


What You Will Do:

  • Install, configure, and calibrate state-of-the-art dental lab equipment at customer sites.
  • Deliver hands-on training and support, empowering customers to use their new tools with confidence.
  • Provide prompt, expert troubleshooting and repairs, remotely or on-site, to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain meticulous records of service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance using our CRM system.
  • Educate clients on best practices for equipment usage and care, ensuring long-term performance.
  • Collaborate internally to provide seamless installations and ongoing customer success.
  • Monitor equipment performance trends and proactively address potential issues.
  • Champion a team-first, collaborative culture focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.


Argen is Looking For a(an):

  • Technical professional with at least 3 years’ experience in field service or technical support.
  • Individual who communicates clearly and confidently, building trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple service calls independently.
  • Technician familiar with CAD/CAM systems, 3D printers, milling machines, ovens/furnaces, and suction units.
  • Active person comfortable lifting heavy equipment (40+ lbs) and able to travel in the area (up to 75% of the week).
  • Holder of a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and an excellent driving record.
