As the company continues to grow, Noronco is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Service Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and play a key role in coordinating service activities, ensuring seamless communication across teams, and contributing to the overall efficiency of a high-performing organisation.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Coordinate and manage daily technician schedules, including dispatching service calls, adjusting timelines, and ensuring efficient routing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups
- Prepare, review, and issue quotes, work orders, and service documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and clients to confirm job details, timelines, materials, and service requirements
- Assist with sourcing parts and materials, including communicating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery
- Match parts and components to service requirements, ensuring accuracy in ordering and documentation
- Monitor job progress and proactively follow up on outstanding work orders, pending requests, and client updates
- Maintain and update internal systems, service logs, and records to ensure accurate tracking of jobs and materials
- Support invoicing processes by ensuring all required documentation and details are complete and submitted
- Identify scheduling conflicts or operational gaps and proactively suggest solutions to improve workflow efficiency
- Provide general administrative support to the service and operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, responsive, and customer-focused service environment
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage scheduling, quoting, and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously (e.g., technician scheduling, sourcing, and customer requests)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling parts, service information, and documentation
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with limited training
- Experience in the HVAC industry or a similar service-based environment
- Familiarity with parts, components, or supplier coordination
- Previous experience in a service coordination or dispatch-style role (e.g., trades, automotive, dealerships)
