Location: Mississauga, On-site

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Regular

Reporting To: National Sales Manager

Salary Range: $55,000- 65,000

The Opportunity:

Are you a natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and turning conversations into results? Our client, Argen Canada is looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team in Mississauga.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions, supporting sales campaigns, and contributing directly to business growth. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails, responding promptly, professionally, and with product expertise to build trust and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Process customer orders accurately, efficiently, and in an organized manner to ensure a seamless and positive buying journey from start to finish.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Development Manager(s) and the provincial sales team to execute sales initiatives, exceed regional revenue targets, and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to engage existing and prospective customers, promoting Argen’s industry-leading dental products and services to generate new sales opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Support targeted sales and marketing campaigns, following up on qualified leads to convert interest into sales, drive revenue growth, and maintain repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer and sales activity records using CRM, ensuring data integrity, actionable insights, and informed business decisions.
  • Keep up-to-date with Argen’s products, pricing, and dental industry trends to deliver informed recommendations and exceptional service.


What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales (experience in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry is a strong asset).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written); bilingual in French and English is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a field-based sales team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, training sessions, or customer visits.
