- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all entities, aligning departmental budgets with strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of project-level profitability, monitor budget performance against actual expenditures, and coordinate with operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin enhancement.
- Partner with leadership to support business planning, financial modeling, and ROI analysis on major capital investments and growth opportunities.
- Lead capital structure planning and liaise with lenders for credit facilities or refinancing needs.
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics to guide operational and strategic decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and legal advisors to ensure compliance and support financing initiatives.
- Prepare financial packages and reporting that demonstrate the company’s strength to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with estimators, designers, project managers, and field staff to align financial practices with operational realities.
- Embrace a collaborative, hands-on culture where leadership is earned through trust, humility, and initiative.
