Parklawn Group is a wholly owned Canadian company specializing in asset management, storage, sales and

recovery of physical assets—primarily motorized vehicles—across every province. Working closely with licensed

insolvency trustees, lenders, insolvent consumers and businesses, Parklawn provides efficient, compliant, and

compassionate solutions for asset surrender and recovery during insolvency proceedings, both bankruptcy and

consumer proposals. With a network of licensed and insured transportation partners and 33 storage locations

nationwide, Parklawn has modernized and streamlined an industry previously dominated by slow, fragmented

processes, offering white-glove service to both debtors and institutional clients.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to support its

expanding operations and increasing administrative demands. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and

integrity of all forms of communication, legal documentation, asset recovery records, and insolvency processes.

The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, compliance-

driven environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle high volumes of paperwork with precision, including legal documents, registered letters, and confidential records.
  • Maintain flawless documentation for asset recovery and insolvency processes; errors may impact legal standing and custodial responsibilities.
  • Provide executive-level support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and briefing notes; liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure meticulous tracking and archiving of sensitive documents and communications.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in administrative workflows.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to support business continuity.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in an administrative or executive assistant role; experience in banking, lending, legal or insurance environments highly valued.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive and quick learner.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
