POSITION OVERVIEW
The Canadian Sales Manager leads and develops the Canadian sales team to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand Northland Floral’s national market presence.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, Marketing & Product Development, this role is responsible for:
- translating company strategy into clear and actionable sales priorities;
- driving disciplined execution;
- producing measurable business results;
- delivering exceptional service outcomes through strong leadership, accountability, and customer focus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Canadian Sales Team to achieve revenue, growth, and customer retention targets.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and results across the Canadian customer portfolio.
- Translate company objectives into clear and actionable sales priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Actively track sales performance and adjust strategies to improve execution and results.
- Develop key accounts, prospect new business opportunities, and expand market presence across Canada.
- Build team capability through coaching, development, and accountability on sales plan execution and service delivery.
- Monitor customer insights, market trends, and competitive conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen sales effectiveness, customer service, and efficient deliverables.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of experience leading a diverse sales team with key account management, inside sales, and customer service functions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales culture.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer relationship management and market dynamics.
- Proven leadership presence with influential communication and coaching skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
