LumaBio Partners are working with a CDMO based in New York who are looking for a Senior Manager of Engineering and Facilities

You will lead a team of engineers and third-party vendors to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment supporting 24x7 business operations. This role is crucial for providing the necessary infrastructure to support all departments and functions at the site. I deal candidate will manage and drive projects related to new facility works, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions aligned with the company's strategic goals. This position will also involve close collaboration with multiple internal departments, including Product Development, Operations, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, and global teams.

Oversee the general maintenance, operation, and improvement of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.) to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment.

Lead engineering projects related to facility upgrades, building systems, and equipment installations.

Lead and supervise the facilities and engineering team, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors.

Lead facility-related projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
