🔧 Maintenance Technician II – cGMP Manufacturing (3rd Shift)

📍 Philadelphia area | 🌙 Wednesday–Saturday, 10:00 PM–9:00 AM

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support a regulated cGMP manufacturing and laboratory environment. This is a hands-on role for an experienced facilities professional who thrives in structured, compliance-driven settings and enjoys troubleshooting complex building and utility systems.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and process utility systems
• Support cGMP manufacturing, labs, warehouse, and office spaces
• Execute planned and corrective maintenance with full SOP and GMP documentation
• Monitor and respond to BMS/QEMS alarms (on-call participation)
• Perform general facility repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting)
• Use CMMS (Blue Mountain) to manage work orders and maintenance records
• Work with vendors and internal teams to improve equipment uptime and reliability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and cGMP requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6+ years of facilities/maintenance experience
• Strong background with chillers, boilers, AHUs, pumps
• Experience with electrical systems (generators, ATS, switchgear)
• Hands-on experience with BMS/EMS (Siemens Desigo or Insight)
• Trade school, technical certification, or equivalent experience
• Philadelphia Engineer Grade A license (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months)
• Prior biopharma, life sciences, or cell therapy experience strongly preferred

Work Environment

• cGMP manufacturing and laboratory setting
• Cleanroom gowning and PPE required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet most of the shift
