Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage day-to-day onsite operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe job site.

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and adjust schedules as needed.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.

• Mentor and oversee field staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
