Commercial Construction Superintendent

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to join a growing commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Triangle. This is an opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while working alongside a team that values integrity, collaboration, and doing things the right way.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors throughout the construction process.
• Manage project schedules, inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Proactively identify and solve field issues before they impact the project.
