The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a region within the Broker Network, generating, and qualifying leads, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong industry network and proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
● Manage and develop sales territories
● Build and develop sales support team
● Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
● Track and analyze sales data and metrics
● Forecast sales and revenue
● Identify and develop new sales opportunities
● Negotiate and close deals
● Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
● Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
● 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
● Strong leadership and motivation skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s
Compensation Range & Benefits
● Base Salary Range - $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
● Aggressive Commission structure – percentage of revenue run through the application
