Performance Objectives

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and according to quality standards – thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Facilitate clear communication flows between clients, contractors, and internal teams – ensure all parties are aligned with project expectations and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress using analytics tools utilizing software like Procore and MS Project – engage in consistent reporting and adjust actions as necessary to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Lead strategic risk assessments identifying, documenting, and communicating project risks effectively to minimize potential interruptions.
  • Assist in budget management processes, ensuring financial efficiency while delivering maximum project impact and quality standards.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance procedures ensuring all projects align with regional, state, and federal standards and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or a similar role within real estate or construction sectors.
  • Proven proficiency in project management tools like Procore and MS Project.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and client connections.
  • Acute understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management principles.
  • Prowess in meeting strict deadlines with exceptional detail orientation.
