Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to join a great team and fast growing contractor in the hospitality construction industry? Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ground-up construction projects, particularly in the hospitality sector. This position requires the ability to oversee two concurrent hotel construction projects, each valued between $15M and $20M, from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of two ground-up hotel construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all project requirements are met.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to safety regulations and local codes.

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and cost tracking.

• Lead weekly progress meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and resolving any potential issues.

• Ensure strict adherence to project deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.

• Effectively manage risks and problem-solving to minimize delays or disruptions to project progress.

• Supervise site staff and subcontractors, promoting a safe and productive work environment.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required based on experience).

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, particularly with ground-up projects in the $15-20M+ range.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of hotel construction requirements and hospitality design standards.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
