RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Process weekly invoices and payables through QuickBooks Online Sync  Reconcile weekly invoicing and payables with the ISD platform
• Oversee Accounts Payable - Obtain necessary approvals, Code and Entry into QuickBooks, Manage company credit card reconciliation
• Assist in Cash Disbursement / Cash Management processes:
• Facilitate timely payments to vendors via ACH / Wires as needed o Perform bank reconciliations
• Process and reconcile payroll
• Assist with month-end close process and subsequent balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and processes
• Assist management with additional supporting functions as needed
• Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to complete various tasks on time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Must have Quickbooks Online experience
• Knowledge of construction and related industries a plus
