Construction Superintendent

The leading Charter School general contractor and developer in the Southeast is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up K-12 charter school projects in Nashville and surrounding markets. Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Communicate with project managers to ensure alignment on budget, schedule, and project goals
• Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Lead weekly site meetings and provide regular project updates
• Track daily progress and maintain accurate field reports and documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve jobsite issues or delays
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and stored properly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience managing ground-up K-12, charter school, or institutional projects is a bonus!
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $120K-$150K, commensurate with experience
