A leading mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contracting services company, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee new plumbing commercial & federal construction projects in Wilmington, NC and surrounding area. Responsibilities:


• Manage all phases of plumbing construction projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure plumbing systems are installed according to specifications and quality standards.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency.

• Oversee material procurement, subcontractor selection, and on-site execution of plumbing work.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

• Manage project documentation, including change orders, reports, and financial records.

• Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local, state, and federal building codes and standards.


Qualifications:


• 5+ years of experience in plumbing project management or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction methods, and building codes.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• PMP certification (a plus) or relevant project management credentials.
