An industry leader in delivering comprehensive Division 8 & 10 solutions is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help lead and manage door, frame, and hardware projects in Raleigh. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Division 8 projects (doors, frames, and hardware) from inception to completion.

Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within budget.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and standards are met.

• Oversee material procurement, delivery, and installation processes for Division 8 components.

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, budget, and potential risks.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on all job sites.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and address any on-site issues or changes.

• Manage change orders and resolve project challenges swiftly and efficiently.

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and financial records.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Able to communicate effectively (both oral and written).
  • Able to make sound judgments.
  • Able to grow with the Company.
  • Must have own vehicle with active driver’s license and insurance.
