The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of software systems within our client's organization. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of software deployment, system integration, and ongoing software management to ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Job duties & Responsibilities:
Software Implementation
- Manage vendor relationships
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the installation and configuration of new software applications (HubSpot, LiftKeeper, MS Dynamics).
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful software deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and align implementations with business needs.
Software Management
- Maintain and update existing software applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor software performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Documentation and Training
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software implementations, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of software applications.
- Create user guides and technical manuals as needed.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with IT and other departments to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in IT projects, providing expertise on software-related aspects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of software capabilities and limitations.
- Assist with other IT projects as assigned.
