Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from bidding through execution. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, working closely with senior leadership and Superintendents to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
  • Manage project budget
  • Provide timely status reports to stakeholders


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a PM in commercial construction
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Understands that managing several projects at the same time is normal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore and Viewpoint
  • Salesmanship and ability to build and grow client relationships
  • Team player, contributor and leader
  • Great in front of people and in project interviews
