As they continue to grow, they're looking for a talented Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor to help shape and support the adviser community.

The Role

As a T&C Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting Financial Advisers in achieving and maintaining compliance with FCA and network standards.
• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure robust adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Providing coaching and development, helping advisers grow professionally and deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the continuous improvement of our T&C framework.

This is a fully remote, home-based position with occasional travel for meetings or audits, as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) – essential.
• Mortgage Qualification (e.g., CeMAP) – essential.
• Supervisory qualification (e.g., J07 or equivalent) – desirable.
• Solid understanding of FCA regulations, compliance standards, and the T&C regime.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach.
