📣 We're Hiring: Pensions Quality Manager - Hybrid/Remote Considered

Phoenix Talent Partners is supporting a leading financial services firm in the search for an experienced Pensions Quality Manager.

In this role, you'll help ensure high-quality, compliant Defined Benefit pension transfer advice across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and compliance teams — supporting advice construction, leading reviews, and championing great client outcomes. 🔍📑

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Level 4 qualified (essential) + Transfer Qualification AF7/AF3 for equiv.

✔️ Strong technical expertise in DB transfers & FCA requirements

✔️ Experience supporting/reviewing corporate & group advice

✔️ Analytical, detail-driven, and confident working independently

✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback 💬

Nice to have:

⭐ Level 6 qualifications

⭐ Compliance exams (e.g., CISI, ICA)

⭐ Corporate & trust experience
