Position Summary
The Marketing & Media Coordinator will support the company's overall marketing strategy and digital communications across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, fully on-site position requiring a creative, detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be able to take our clients' marketing efforts to the next level and handle tasks independently.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Operating Hours: The full-time hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a half-hour lunch break taken between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Media Management and Content Creation:
- Maintain and update company social media channels, including regular updates to platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, to promote brand awareness, new products, and company milestones.
- Design and write engaging content for brochures, sales literature, email campaigns, advertisements, and the company website.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all marketing channels and materials (Brand Communication).
- Assist with product photo and video shoots for marketing and training purposes.
- Support press releases, newsletters, and communication initiatives promoting company achievements, product launches, and events (Public Relations).
Trade Show and Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and manage participation in industry trade shows and events, including booth logistics, promotional materials, and post-show follow-up.
Sales Support:
- Develop and distribute marketing materials and campaigns designed to support distributors’ marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and product messaging.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and dealer relations teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and customer needs.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor campaign analytics, social engagement, and lead generation metrics, preparing regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or media management, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or B2B industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Experience managing company pages and content on social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), and email marketing software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can "take off" with tasks without constant handholding.
