Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a fast-growing multi-family office as they look to add an IT Manager to their team in Phoenix.


The IT Manager will oversee and enhance the firm’s technology infrastructure and vendor relationships. This role will be critical in supporting day-to-day technology needs, leading strategic IT initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration of new tools and systems across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the firm’s outsourced IT provider, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and participation in regular strategy and update calls.
  • Lead IT-related planning and project management, including evaluating emerging technologies and guiding implementation efforts.
  • Advise and collaborate on firm-wide initiatives related to AI and automation where applicable.
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors across software, hardware, and communication platforms.
  • Oversee licensing and user account management, including system permissions, data uploads, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate all aspects of new hire IT onboarding, including workstation setup, system access, and internal training.
  • Develop and deliver internal IT training initiatives such as tech talks, newsletters, and ongoing staff education.
  • Administer cybersecurity training programs and monitor internal compliance.
  • Manage network and infrastructure, including firewall oversight, Wi-Fi networks, and audiovisual systems in conference spaces.
  • Maintain documentation for all IT-related processes, protocols, and best practices.
  • Monitor and manage IT inventory, including hardware procurement and asset tracking.
  • Support IT operations for in-house server environments.
  • Lead recurring meetings of the firm’s internal technology committee.
  • Maintain email signature tools and spam filtering systems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT management experience. Experience in the financial services space is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
