Private Wealth Associate (High-Net-Worth Client Service & Strategy)


Position Overview

The Private Wealth Associate is a vital client service and strategy professional who exhibits drive, ambition, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. In close collaboration with Financial Advisors, the Associate helps propel the growth of the Private Wealth Management platform by delivering world-class support and strategic analysis.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to partner with Advisors on core functions, including:

  • Providing asset allocation recommendations and capital markets positioning insights.
  • Conducting comprehensive portfolio analytics.
  • Assisting with complex wealth and legacy planning strategies for individuals and families.


Key Responsibilities

The Associate will be integral to the team's success by:

  • Client & Prospect Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients and prospective clients to understand, support, and execute all aspects of their servicing needs. Striving to provide an exceptional level of customer support.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partnering directly with Financial Advisors to facilitate business growth and provide essential service functions, such as thorough portfolio analysis, managing account creation and maintenance, and preparing for high-stakes client/prospect meetings.
  • Collaboration & Networking: Collaborating and networking with senior professionals across the firm to enhance personal development and career success.


Comprehensive Development Program

Associates will participate in a robust and comprehensive training program designed to build a foundational understanding of investment knowledge and develop the quantitative and qualitative skills needed for long-term stability and success, regardless of prior experience. This program represents years of heavy financial investment and input from industry leaders.

Components of the Development Program Include:

  • In-Depth Industry Training: Focused on proprietary investments, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Advanced Wealth Management: Training on trusts & estates, wealth planning, investment management philosophies, and advanced financial management strategies.
  • Client Excellence: A strong focus on client service excellence, partnership, and sales training to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Professional Skills: Behavioral training geared toward the development of critical communication, leadership, and other professional skills.
  • Career Management: One-on-one coaching and specialized skills training to achieve success well beyond the Associate role.

Qualifications


We Are Seeking:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a track record of academic excellence and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Individuals who possess strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal) and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Accomplished team players who thrive in a rigorous, detail-oriented, and challenging environment.
  • Client-focused individuals with a strong ability to multi-task effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of client service experience; financial services industry experience is a plus.
  • Candidates with current FINRA licenses (e.g., SIE, Series 7, Series 63) are a plus, though the firm will sponsor and support the necessary exams upon hire.
