Our client is a growing independent wealth management firm in the Southwest, founded by a practicing financial advisor who spent more than a decade at a major wirehouse. The firm is built by advisors, for advisors: no one in a leadership seat is a non-advisor manager. The goal is to build the kind of tight-knit, advisor-first culture that the industry's most beloved independent platforms were known for, where you know your colleagues, can workshop client situations with peers, and have a leader who picks up the phone.
