Harrison Gray Search has been retained by one of the world’s premier Private Wealth Management firms to find a Private Wealth Associate for their elite client service team.

This is more than a traditional support role. As a Private Wealth Associate, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior Financial Advisors, directly contributing to the client experience and the management of sophisticated wealth strategies for high-net-worth families.

Our client is seeking professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management who are looking to take the next step in their careers with a globally recognized firm.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Financial Advisors: Collaborate with senior Advisors to support client relationships, business development, portfolio analysis, and wealth planning initiatives.
• Client Interface: Serve as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering a high level of service and helping manage their ongoing needs.
• Wealth Management Support: Assist with account opening and maintenance, investment-related requests, portfolio reporting, and complex client presentations.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners while anticipating client needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Strategy & Execution: Help execute sophisticated wealth management strategies and coordinate across internal teams to deliver solutions for clients.

Who You Are

Our client is looking for highly motivated, polished professionals who have demonstrated success in a wealth management environment.

• Wealth Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, private wealth management, financial advising support, or a related role.
• Licensed: Currently hold the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
• Educated: Bachelor’s degree.
• Client-Focused: Strong understanding of client service with the ability to build trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Articulate: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with sophisticated clients and senior Advisors.
• Driven: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a rigorous, high-performance environment.
