Job Responsibilities

Manage a Stable Revenue Stream: Oversee a book of business valued at approximately $400,000 to $500,000 in revenue.

Collaborative Partnership: Work directly with two dedicated Producers to service mid-sized accounts.

Balanced Complexity: Handle accounts that are "complex yet simple," requiring high attention to detail without the need for specialized captive insurance knowledge.

Process Management: Maintain a consistent rhythm of renewals and client interactions, ensuring a steady flow of service throughout the year.

Carrier & Client Relations: Build long-term reliability with carrier partners and clients through consistent, high-quality work products.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience Level: Ideal for a professional looking to "finish out their career" or find a long-term niche where they can excel in a familiar, stable segment.

Technical Comfort: While high-level Excel pivot table mastery isn't the primary driver for this specific desk (unlike the Large Account/Captive roles), proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite remains essential for accurate documentation.

License & Education: MI Property and Casualty license required; professional designations (CISR, CIC, CRM) are highly valued.

Schedule:
- In-Office
- M-TH 8:00am to 5:00pm and F 8:00am – 4:30pm (Memorial Day through Labor Day 4:00pm on Friday)
