Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site with potential for hybrid schedule)


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Compensation: Competitive, Based on Experience


Harrison Gray Search is partnering with a fast-growing, people-first manufacturer and online retailer of custom home products to hire an Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between the company and its customers, helping them navigate a complex, detail-oriented ordering process. This is a high-touch, service-driven position where strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are critical to success.

What You’ll Do

  • Become a subject matter expert on the company’s product line through dedicated training
  • Review and validate customer orders for accuracy, and follow up by phone or email to resolve issues
  • Assist customers with placing new orders, including interpreting photos, sketches, and detailed requests
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate closely with production and operations teams to communicate customer needs and lead times
  • Perform a variety of customer-facing sales and service tasks across email, phone, and online channels

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with measurements, fractions, and basic math
  • Curious and willing to learn a technical product with multiple custom configurations
  • Organized, accountable, and responsive—with a sense of ownership in your work
  • Interested in design, architecture, or interiors (a plus, but not required)
