Senior Administrative Assistant


Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a leading private wealth management firm to identify a talented Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team.


Who You’ll Work With


Senior Administrative Assistants in this role are client service professionals who exhibit drive, ambition, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Working in collaboration with Financial Advisors and firm leadership, you will play an essential role in supporting the growth of a nationally recognized Private Wealth Management platform.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to partner with senior investment professionals to serve a broad range of client needs.


What You’ll Do


The Senior Administrative Assistant will work in a dynamic, trust-based partnership with senior leaders and Financial Advisors to serve a broad range of client needs. Acting as a liaison with both internal and external clients, your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively and accurately managing complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Exercising discretion in handling confidential information and duties.
  • Supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts for advisor staff, including interview coordination and new hire integration.
  • Coordinating senior-level internal and external meetings and conference calls.
  • Handling a high volume of phone calls from clients and internal contacts.
  • Providing administrative support such as correspondence preparation, database maintenance, expense reconciliation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for management, clients, and prospects.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects requiring high attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and general office maintenance as needed.
  • Partnering in a team environment to deliver exceptional client service and helping train new team members.
  • Working core hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional overtime as workload requires.


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate or professional setting, ideally alongside high-level professionals.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive as a team player in a rigorous and challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience, education, and other factors).
