About the Role

You will manage the full life cycle of an assigned book of business—serving as the primary client contact for renewals, policy changes, billing, and overall account service. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent client communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Office: Hybrid flexibility is available.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience (agency preferred)
• Active Producer license (required)
• Knowledge of Massachusetts registry process
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Commercial Lines products, MS Office, and client service best practices
• Professional designations (CIC, CISR, etc.) preferred
