Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a respected regional insurance brokerage to find a Client Service Administrator to join their Employee Benefits department. This is a full-time, exempt position that plays a key role in supporting the client service team and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and superior service delivery.
Position Summary
The Client Service Administrator provides administrative and client service support within the Employee Benefits department. This individual is responsible for processing routine insurance transactions, supporting renewals, assisting with client and carrier communications, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to company standards and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the renewal process by coordinating with Account Executives, Producers, and carriers to market renewals, create proposals, and prepare plan summaries.
- Process routine client requests including renewals, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Prepare and issue standard cover letters.
- Assist with client calls, carrier requests, and inquiries at the direction of Account Executives or Producers.
- Manage a small book of renewal business via phone and email.
- Maintain and update client files in the database, including logging pertinent documentation.
- Utilize carrier websites for online rating and quoting.
- Conduct annual file audits for all new business and group renewals of 50+ lives.
- Provide backup support to other Account Managers as needed.

Education and Experience
