What You’ll Do
As a Senior Administrative Associate, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support. This role requires exceptional judgment, critical thinking, and the proactive ability to stay three steps ahead of business needs.
Strategic Partnership & Executive Support

Priority Management: Partner with senior leaders to proactively manage calendars, anticipate needs, and maximize executive productivity.

Logistics & Travel: Oversee complex, multi-city travel and logistics with total accuracy and discretion.

High-Stakes Meetings: Coordinate internal and external events, preparing agendas, synthesizing materials, and driving follow-up on action items.
Operations & Project Leadership

Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, tracking milestones and ensuring timely delivery of complex workstreams.

Analysis & Reporting: Conduct independent research, prepare high-quality presentations for management reviews, and maintain critical spreadsheets or operational documentation.

Business Liaison: Act as a central point of contact across departments (Legal, Compliance, HR, Tech) to facilitate information flow and interpret firm policies.
Leadership & Excellence

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and enhance operational efficiency.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior administrative staff, fostering a high-performing team culture.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education

Tenure: 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in executive support or business operations, ideally within investment management, legal, or professional services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant high-level experience).

Track Record: Proven success supporting senior-level leaders and managing high-visibility responsibilities independently.
Skills & Competencies

Critical Thinking: The ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions to complex problems.

Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written skills; you are comfortable interacting with sophisticated stakeholders and external partners.

Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce or advanced collaboration tools is highly preferred.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (Actual salary based on experience, training, and performance).
