The Opportunity

As a Financial Advisor on our client's platform, you will operate your own client-first business with maximum autonomy, supported by a sophisticated infrastructure built specifically for the modern era. The firm has replaced clunky planning tools and tedious paperwork with a seamless digital ecosystem designed to help you scale faster than traditional RIAs allow.


What You Will Do:

  • Build Your Legacy: Grow and lead your own firm, fully powered by our client's institutional-grade platform and resources.
  • Leverage Modern Growth Tools: Scale your book of business using AI-driven prospecting, automated marketing, and lead-generation support.
  • Provide Holistic Advice: Act as a lead advisor across investment strategy, tax planning, retirement, estate planning, equity compensation, and risk management.
  • Simplify Complexity: Utilize advanced planning software to present comprehensive, intuitive financial roadmaps to high-net-worth clients.
  • Influence the Future: Serve as a strategic partner to their internal Product and Engineering teams, where your direct feedback shapes the evolution of the technology.
  • Network Leadership: Help vet and inspire other elite advisors to join this high-growth team.


What You Bring:

  • Current Practice: You are currently operating as a financial advisor.
  • Licensing: Active Series 65 (or equivalent) with a clean U4.
  • Existing Book: A proven, transferable book of business.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and long-term retention.
  • Credentials: CFA or CFP® certification is strongly preferred.
