Location: Sterling, VA

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | No Weekends

The Role

Harrison Gray Search is seeking a seasoned Physical Therapist Assistant for our client's Sterling office. This position supports a high-quality, low-volume clinical environment focusing on functional restoration and work-specific rehabilitation.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Outpatient Orthopedic experience is required.
• Clinical Confidence: Because the owner rotates between offices, the PTA must be competent in managing patient care independently when necessary.
• Preferred Skills: Prior experience with Workers' Compensation or Work Conditioning/Hardening programs is a major plus.
