Our client is a growing advisory firm seeking a Manager to join their Transaction Advisory Services team. This role lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and middle-market businesses, providing critical insights that drive strategic decision-making. As a key member of the team, you will oversee financial analysis, manage client relationships, and contribute to the development of the growing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects, ensuring comprehensive financial assessments for clients
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and operational data, leading quality of earnings reviews, net working capital evaluations, and other key financial analyses
- Facilitate discussions with target company executives, gathering essential financial information and providing strategic insights to clients
- Prepare and deliver detailed due diligence reports, outlining key findings and transaction considerations
- Support business development efforts and contribute to practice growth through process improvements and thought leadership
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate junior team members, fostering professional development within the firm
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or public accounting, ideally within a Big 4 or national consulting firm
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Superior project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple engagements simultaneously
