Responsibilities
• Support sales efforts on new benefit accounts
• Oversee daily service for existing clients
• Lead and mentor benefit service staff
• Maintain accurate agency management system records
• Ensure compliance with all client data requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience in group employee benefits
• Active Life and Health License
• Skilled in agency management systems
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
