We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst who will play a critical role in aligning business processes, technology, and data to support strategic initiatives. This position will act as a liaison between IT and key stakeholders, ensuring the successful identification, documentation, and delivery of solutions that meet business needs. The role involves managing the application portfolio, driving lifecycle management, and contributing to large-scale project efforts.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s business capabilities, processes, systems, and data.
- Analyze and re-engineer business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and enhanced decision-making.
- Communicate and document complex business requirements using techniques such as workshops, value stream mapping, workflows, and prototypes.
Application Portfolio Management
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the application portfolio and its integration with business processes.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
Project Management & Leadership
- Lead large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
- Serve as a product owner or proxy, prioritizing backlogs and guiding development teams.
- Develop and maintain architectural diagrams and functional design specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, integrating feedback into business solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Assist in quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential risks.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor team members, develop training materials, and lead knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on team collaboration.

Position Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
Certifications (Preferred)
- CBAP, PMP, CSM, Six Sigma Green Belt, or other relevant certifications.
Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related fields.
- 3+ years working with technology and software development lifecycles.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
