We are seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to guide teams through strategic changes, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing business impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies, integrating training, communication, and sponsorship.
  • Assess and mitigate people-side risks, resistance, and organizational impacts.
  • Partner with project and business leaders to align change initiatives with end-user experiences.
  • Coach sponsors, frontline leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with HR, training, and communication teams to implement tailored change plans.
  • Define and track success metrics for change adoption and performance improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communication, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience with project management approaches and lifecycle phases.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
