We are seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to guide teams through strategic changes, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies, integrating training, communication, and sponsorship.
- Assess and mitigate people-side risks, resistance, and organizational impacts.
- Partner with project and business leaders to align change initiatives with end-user experiences.
- Coach sponsors, frontline leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption.
- Collaborate with HR, training, and communication teams to implement tailored change plans.
- Define and track success metrics for change adoption and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communication, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years leading large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience with project management approaches and lifecycle phases.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
