Our Minneapolis-based client is seeking two ERP Support Specialists to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with their Sage X3 ERP platform, providing support and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.


Position Summary


The ERP Support Specialist provides technical support for the organization's ERP and connected systems, troubleshooting issues, maintaining functionality, and implementing updates. This role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize system usage, ensure data integrity, and train users.


Essential Functions

  • Manage application support tickets from receipt to resolution.
  • Participate in selecting, implementing, and supporting software solutions.
  • Develop test plans and manage system upgrades.
  • Document ERP processes and train end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, recommending best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with moderate supervision.
  • Collaborate with users to enhance workflows and identify improvements.
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish.


Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field required.
  • Minimum two years of experience supporting ERP systems (Sage X3 V12 experience preferred).


Required Skills

  • Proficient with ERP systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in SQL, database management, and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of data security best practices and agile concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
