Physician / Healthcare Recruiter

As a Physician Recruiter at Emerald Resource Group, you will develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for both physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) searches. You will collaborate with our Senior Physician Recruiter to market and represent provider opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search Familiarization: Understand the specifics of new provider searches through detailed research and discussions.
• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies and timelines
• Candidate Communication: Proactively identify and engage with candidates through multiple channels including ads, online postings, and direct outreach.
• Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with practice leaders, managers, and medical directors throughout the search process.
• Database Management: Maintain a candidate tracking database with updated CVs, contact information, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, database management, internet research, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain excellent organizational skills with minimal supervision.
• Previous healthcare experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.
• Strong skills in report creation, recruiting statistics, and interaction with internal and external customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and prioritization skills, and a proactive, flexible approach.
• Familiarity with recruitment principles, processes, and credentialing standards for healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of employment discrimination law.
