Reproductive Endocrinologist

Families come to this practice at a turning point. As Reproductive Endocrinologist, you will own the clinical plan from first consult through cycle outcome—translating complex endocrine and reproductive medicine into clear decisions, precise treatment, and measurable results. Success is not volume for its own sake; it is safer cycles, stronger outcomes, and patients who understand every step.

Performance Objectives

  • Lead new-patient evaluations and convert diagnostic findings into individualized treatment plans within the practice’s standard consult window.
  • Direct ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF/ICSI cycles so stimulation, retrieval, and transfer decisions stay evidence-based and on protocol.
  • Raise live-birth and clinical-pregnancy performance against clinic benchmarks while holding complication and cancellation rates within accepted limits.
  • Partner daily with embryology, nursing, and andrology so lab findings change the plan the same day, not the next cycle.
  • Counsel patients on diagnosis, odds, and alternatives—including third-party reproduction and fertility preservation—so informed consent is documented and understood.
  • Close the loop on outcomes: review cycle data, adjust protocols, and present improvements that lift results without adding unnecessary cost or risk.
  • Maintain accreditation-ready documentation and participate in quality review so every chart can stand up to audit.

Environment & Resources

You will practice in a full-service fertility setting with an on-site embryology laboratory, dedicated nursing, and ultrasound support. You report to the Medical Director, share call with physician colleagues, and have authority over your panel’s clinical decisions within approved protocols. SART-aligned outcome tracking, electronic records, and a defined pharmacy and monitoring pathway are in place so you spend time on medicine, not workarounds.

Essential Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O., board certification or active eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and completion of an ACGME-accredited Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship.
  • Active or obtainable state medical license and DEA registration; hospital privileges or willingness to obtain them.
  • Demonstrated independent management of IVF stimulation, retrieval, and embryo transfer with outcomes you can discuss.
  • Comfort interpreting AMH, semen analysis, imaging, and embryology reports and changing course in real time.
  • Clear, compassionate communication with patients facing loss, delay, or complex third-party options.
  • Working knowledge of SART reporting, informed consent, and clinic quality standards.

Why This Role

  • Physician-led decisions, not a production quota disguised as a care model.
  • A complete clinical team—embryology, nursing, and andrology—so your plan can actually be executed.
  • Visible outcome data you help shape, not a black-box dashboard.
  • A sustainable call structure and a panel sized for thorough consults.
  • Room to refine protocols and mentor advanced practice and nursing colleagues.
