Otolaryngology Physician

Patients with complex ear, nose, and throat disease need a physician who diagnoses clearly, operates with precision, and owns recovery—not just the procedure. In this role you will set the clinical standard for a busy ENT practice: faster paths from referral to treatment, safer surgery, and a reputation that primary care trusts. Your impact shows up in healthier patients, efficient operating days, and a practice that grows because people recommend you.

Performance Objectives

  • Evaluate and manage a full spectrum of adult and pediatric ENT conditions, converting new consults into a clear plan at the first visit whenever it is clinically appropriate.
  • Perform indicated office and operative procedures—including endoscopic sinus surgery, otologic surgery, head and neck procedures, and airway management—with complication rates at or below peer benchmarks.
  • Cut avoidable delay from referral to definitive care by coordinating imaging, audiology, and surgical scheduling for priority cases.
  • Build a reliable referral network with primary care, allergy, pulmonology, and pediatrics through timely consult notes and consistent follow-through.
  • Lead perioperative and post-operative care so patients meet expected recovery milestones and unplanned readmissions stay low.
  • Improve safety and throughput by tracking outcomes, joining case review, and adopting evidence-based protocols the team can sustain.

Environment & Resources

You will practice with experienced advanced practice and nursing support, plus audiology, allergy testing, and dedicated procedure-room access. Endoscopic equipment, a modern EHR, and a scheduled operating block are in place. You report to medical leadership and help shape clinic templates, call coverage, and equipment priorities. Prior authorization, scheduling, and referral intake are handled so your time stays clinical.

Essential Qualifications

  • MD or DO and completion of an accredited otolaryngology–head and neck surgery residency.
  • Board certification or active eligibility in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery.
  • Active or immediately eligible state medical license and an unrestricted DEA registration.
  • Operative experience across sinus, otology, and head and neck care suited to a general ENT practice.
  • Proven ability to manage clinic volume, call, and multidisciplinary referrals while keeping documentation and patient communication clear.

Role Selling Points

  • A defined surgical block and procedure support, so operating skill is used rather than crowded out by clinic overflow.
  • A long-term match process that clarifies call, compensation, and growth before you commit.
  • Room to deepen a focus in sinus, otology, pediatrics, or sleep as volume grows.
  • Success measured by access and outcomes, not by how many charts you finish after hours.

If you want your next chapter judged by the patients you help and the practice you build, apply now. Send your CV and the clinical work you want to own. You will get a direct read on the team, the expectations, and whether this is the right fit.
