What We Need From You:
- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency)
- Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certification in BLS or ACLS
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with EMR systems (Athena preferred)
