Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in recruiting and learn directly from experienced professionals. You’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to identify, attract, and match top talent with our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Write and post job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
- Support senior recruiters with client communications and search strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, job market conditions, and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any major welcome; Business, HR, or Communications a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and online job platforms.
