Job Description: IT Delivery Manager - Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for the IT delivery of Supply Chain Planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end delivery processes, from project initiation to successful implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Supply Chain leaders, and IT teams to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and define project scopes.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for IT delivery in the Supply Chain Planning domain, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues impacting the delivery of Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements in all Supply Chain Planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

Formal Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Knowledge & Experience:

•  8+ years of IT experience with a focus on Supply Chain Planning.
•  5+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management.
•  Proven track record of successfully delivering IT solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes.
•  Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
•  Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

•  Experience with ERP systems and Supply Chain Planning software.
•  Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in Supply Chain Planning.
