Tasks

• You work remotely and experience your induction online in preparation for an attractive consulting position with prospects
• You will use social media, Google, databases, and other recruiting sources, applying established search strategies from our experienced consultants
• You contact potential specialists and experts via direct approach
• You learn how to implement employer branding independently and successfully
• You ensure exceptional, customer-focused service
• You coordinate appointments
• You make decisions and learn to lead wage and rate agreements with candidates and clients
• You continuously expand your own portfolio
• You manage your own candidates and acquired customers
