Head of Sales – SaaS | Remote | Full-Time

customer traction, they’re looking for a high-impact Head of Sales to lead their next phase of expansion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team (AE, SDR, CSM)
  • Drive full-funnel execution — from outreach to close
  • Design scalable sales processes, compensation plans, and forecasting models
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success
  • Present growth insights and metrics to leadership and investors


We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (at least 3 in a leadership role)
  • Experience growing sales from early-stage ($2M+) to $10M+ ARR
  • Strong handle on SaaS sales metrics, pipeline management, and CRM tools
  • A hands-on, data-driven leadership style with a team-first mentality
  • Bonus: Familiarity with industrial or technical buyers
