Key Responsibilities of the Director & Head of Retail Operations

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality performance across all retail locations, implementing policies that drive efficiency and growth.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s long-term goals.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet and exceed business objectives while ensuring cost-effective operations.

What We’re Looking For in the Director & Head of Retail Operations

Experienced Leader: 7+ years in an executive or senior management role, preferably in retail operations.

Retail Operations Expertise: A deep understanding of retail operations, with a preference for experience in the hardware sector.

Strong Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing complex budgets with strong financial oversight capabilities.

Strategic Thinker: Exceptional strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA or related master’s degree is preferred.
