WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR

A bachelor's degree and at least one year of sales experience are required, the industry doesn't matter. Strong communicators who are self-directed and resilient tend to thrive here.

Prior recruiting experience is not necessary. A genuine interest in building a long-term practice is.

Required:

• Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree
• One year of sales or relevant professional experience, including internships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage your own activity and priorities independently
