What You’ll Be Doing:
Precision Winding: Wind stator and rotor coils for AC and DC motors with accuracy and attention to detail
Material Handling: Work with copper wire, insulation, and motor components to ensure high-quality winding
Blueprint & Diagram Interpretation: Read technical drawings and electrical schematics to determine winding specifications
Quality Control: Inspect wound coils for defects and ensure motors meet strict performance standards
Machine Setup & Maintenance: Operate and maintain winding machines for optimal performance
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues with motor winding, assembly, or material handling
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE while working with electrical components and machinery
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to ensure smooth operations
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in Motor Winding – Hands-on knowledge of AC & DC motor winding processes
Technical Skills – Proficiency with winding machines, insulation materials, wire gauges, and motor testing equipment
Attention to Detail – Ability to maintain high precision in winding coils and assembling motors to exact specifications
Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve winding and motor assembly issues efficiently
Physical Stamina – Ability to lift heavy motor parts, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks with accuracy
Safety Awareness – Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to following best practices in an industrial setting
Team Player Mentality – Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team
